Since the 30K, it's been tough getting back into the Crossfit/Crossfit Endurance workouts. I was teaching more classes this past session at the Y (they break up class schedules into 5-7 week sessions; i.e. certain class schedules will run for 5 weeks, a week of no classes usually falling around holidays, and start back up with a new session after the "break week") & it was harder to find the energy for other workouts. Now that Summer Session #1 has ended, I'll be able to get back into a CF/CFE routine.
