18 kn pushups, 18 situps
100 ft walking lunges
15 kn pushups, 15 situps
(continue this routine through 12-9-6-3 & walking lunges between)

35 min on elliptical

Thurs
4.2 mi run including 3 steep stair repeats

150 5# wall "ball" (I used a rice bag...sometimes Crossfit requires creativity...)

Fri
6 mi run w/Jessica & Pepper

50-40-30-20-10
Tuck jumps & situps

Sounds like fun! I am having too much trouble with my foot again, so I'm only 'walking' a few miles these days, but love to hear about your long workouts!
