Wed
Run 3X 5 min (ran each set with a different dog)
Cycling class

Thurs
20 min elliptical wu
4X 50M walking lunges, 50 crunches
(I think I may have been off on my meter estimation, but I think I overestimated so I'm not too worried)

For the record, I don't think the words "punked out" and "ran 20 miles" can be combined in the same sentence. :) Trust me on this one....
