Workouts

One of these days I'll get Halloween pictures posted, but I'm waiting for a friend to send me her pictures (I didn't have any great pics).  In the mean time...

5 mi run

8.5 mi run (2.25 mi to meet up with Steve, 2.5 mi back to the Powder Horn, 4 mi slow run w/friends for International Run Day)
