We had a "Bike-A-Thon" at the Y in which we had the cycling room open all day & asked people to sign up for time slots to be in the room cycling. The goal was to have someone cycling at all times between 5 am - 8 pm. I did two hour-long stints (6 am-7 am & 4 pm-5 pm)
